Terms of Service

AT TIME OF PURCHASE/CHECKOUT YOU ARE AGREEING TO OUR TERMS OF SERVICE AND ALL POLICIES STATED ON OUR SITE AND THIS PAGE.

  • Worldwide Sports Cards and Collectibles Inc is not liable for Stolen/Misplaced/Lost in Transit orders that have been marked as delivered. If there are any concerns about theft/porch pirates please request signature options at checkout.

  • Small Tears, Scuffs and separations at the seams of factory sealed product shrink wrap is possible and will not be grounds for compensation. All our products are handled with extreme care but it is not possible to completely prevent this from happening.

  • Worldwide Sports Cards and Collectibles Inc is not responsible for any customs, duties or other taxes incurred during transportation, nor are we responsible if a parcel is opened for inspection at customs/border services. In these specific circumstances, we will not be responsible for compensation for any damages to the product as a result of customs handling as this is beyond our control

What is your shipping policy?

We currently only ship to Canadian addresses.  We offer flat rate of $16.99 standard shipping through Canada Post on all orders being delivered to addresses in Canada.  We also offer the option of having a signature included to protect against stolen/misplaced/lost mail.  If you have any concerns that an item may be stolen from your porch/mailbox, please include signature option at check since we are not responsible otherwise.  **FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OF $275 OR MORE PRE-TAX IN CANADA ONLY**

Which payment methods do you accept?

Payments are accepted via credit card through checkout on the site or via Paypal.  Once payment is completed, you should receive an email with an invoice.  Once payment is made, your order will be processed and shipped soon afterwards.

Do you charge sales tax?

All orders are taxed according to your Province, Territory or State and is mandatory at checkout.

What happens if a product was not available?

All orders are subject to product availability. If, unfortunately, an item is not in stock/over sold when your order is placed, we will attempt to contact you and remove the item from your order.  This would be unfortunate and we would do everything to avoid these circumstances but it can happen.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery or pick-up  upon return of the product if the product has not been opened or altered in any way. You will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return. However, all sales are final on Trading Card Game and Sports card singles, as well as Trading Card Game or Sports Cards sealed products.

However, if a product is damaged on delivery, please contact us at support@worldwidesportscards.ca and provide the order number and pictures and we will try to rectify the issue for you.  Our goal is to keep our customers happy and returning in the future.
